The Mercedes-Benz MN00C package includes licences such as MN030, MN032, MN033, MN034 and MN035. Feature MN033 is designed to address the ‘ELV Component Fault’, which prevents the vehicle from starting. This is a common fault in electronic steering lock (ESL/ELV) modules. MN033 allows you to clear the fault that is blocking the vehicle's electronic steering lock. -

This functionality allows component security (CS) bytes to be read from locked BCM2 2013-2018 modules for both A4/A5/Q5 and A6/A7/A8/Touareg platforms. These CS bytes are then used for key programming. -
