The JLR All Keys Lost wiring kit is essential in some cases during the key programming procedure when a direct connection to the CAN-BUS is required. All FCA vehicles after 2018 are equipped with a SGW security gateway module to prevent attacks on the vehicle's network via the CAN bus. Direct connection to the OBD II-16 connector does not always give the required results-you can read errors but not clear them, you cannot program the controllers as well as make adaptations/adjustments, etc. In the case of this problem, you can bypass the SGW (Security Gateway) using the presented adapter so that full communication functionality is available.
