Daimler-Truck OH (Off-Highway) Starter Kit is based on the new PicoScope 4425A-099 OH and has been developed for technicians working with commercial vehicles and off-road machinery. The clamps and probes in the kit enable technicians to connect quickly and easily to key components and systems.
The kit also includes current clamps, ideal for checking power supply systems. The Daimler Truck Off-Highway Starter Kit comes in a carrying case for easy storage and transport.
Guided Tests for Heavy-Duty Vehicles and Off-Highway Machinery
As part of our support for Off-Highway kits, our team of experts has added dedicated heavy-duty and Off-Highway (HD-OH) guided tests to the PicoScope 7 Automotive software. These tests provide detailed information and resources to help HD-OH technicians get started with oscilloscope diagnostics. They include guidance on the testing method, required equipment, and how to capture a waveform.
With preloaded reference waveforms for comparison and automatically configured oscilloscope settings, PicoScope becomes an indispensable diagnostic tool for heavy-duty vehicles and Off-Highway machinery.
Flow Meters:
For the engine and hydraulics kit, Pico can supply a wide range of flow meters designed to work with PicoScope. The Pico flow meter range has been developed in collaboration with leading industry supplier Webtec and is based on their highly popular range of turbine flow meters.
Pico offers three different flow meter sizes: 25 lpm (TA376), 300 lpm (TA377), and 600 lpm (TA378). All flow meters are equipped with a BNC output for direct connection to a PicoScope (note: the 8-channel PicoScope 4823 requires a frequency-to-voltage converter, which is not included in the kit) and an integrated thermistor for oil temperature measurement. They also feature a Minimess M16x2 pressure test port for connection to the WPS600C. The two larger models additionally include a built-in loading valve, allowing the hydraulic system to be loaded during testing.
Once connected, the PicoScope can record and capture system performance in real time under load.
To simplify connection, the flow meters are supplied with SAE or BSP inlet and outlet ports, depending on your requirements.

To enhance the hydraulic testing capabilities of your PicoScope oscilloscope, we offer a range of hydraulic flow meters. The Pico flow meter range was developed in collaboration with Webtec, a leading industry supplier, and is based on their highly popular turbine flow meter series.
At Pico, we offer three different sizes of flow meters: 25 lpm, 300 lpm, and 600 lpm. All flow meters are equipped with a flow output for direct connection to a PicoScope oscilloscope and an integrated thermistor for oil temperature measurement*. The 300 lpm and 600 lpm flow meters also include a built-in loading valve, allowing the tested hydraulic system to be loaded. This allows you to observe system performance under full load, recording hydraulic flow, pressure, and temperature.

*To measure oil temperature, the TA370 and TA372 adapters are required. They are included with any flow meter.
