Texa Navigator Multihub TXT – Highest interface model

The best solution versatile, fast, intuitive in every situation

Over the last years, the spread of electronic solutions used in vehicles has been extremely dynamic and has reached a high level of sophistication. Today, a vehicle repair technician must have knowledge of repairing different types of vehicles, apply several different diagnostic protocols and use multiple communication methods.
Faced with such demands, TEXA has developed the TXT MULTIHUB, an extremely versatile diagnostic interface that easily adapts to workshop expectations and makes its use quick and intuitive in any situation.
The technologically advanced device is rich in unique technical and design features, such as: the ability to handle 5 different vehicle environments, the presence of an integrated display, the robust construction with IP53 certification, the intelligent connectivity provided by the Linux operating system, the support of CAN FD, DoIP, Pass-Thru protocols, and much, much more.

Texa Navigator Multihub TXT One interface, all vehicle types

Texa Navigator Multihub TXT is the only diagnostic tool capable of simultaneously servicing cars, trucks, vans, motorcycles, boats, agricultural and construction equipment.
It delivers unparalleled performance at all times to ensure the best possible repair process with maximum customer satisfaction.

Easy to use thanks to integrated display

TXT MULTIHUB is equipped with a backlit display unit for high usability and real-time access to data on three parameters:

  •  communication mode with the display unit
  • the battery voltage level of the vehicle to which it is connected
  • operation status, which can be standard diagnostics, DoIP Wi-Fi, DoIP Ethernet, Pass-Thru.
  • It also provides a constant insight into the processes of the interface: it gives more than 40 messages that provide the mechanic with all the information needed during diagnostics.

Battery voltage level always in sight
The TXT MULTIHUB displays in real time, the battery voltage of the vehicle to which it is connected. This information is necessary to perform certain
diagnostic procedures, such as coding, for example.

Robust, practical, handy, durable tool for all conditions

The TXT MULTIHUB has a specially reinforced housing with rubber anti-shock profiles.Certified to IP53 protection level, it provides it with resistance to dust and water splashes. The MIL-STD 810G military drop test standard also enables it to better absorb shocks and drops. All these outstanding features allow the interface to give its best in any operating conditions.
The TXT MULTIHUB is also very handy and aesthetically pleasing, thanks to the special rugged construction and the high care with which it was designed.
The interface uses advanced communication techniques, enabling the mechanic to operate any type of vehicle encountered in the workshop. It gives great flexibility in work and immediate response.
The interface communicates with the display through:
  • Wi-Fi module for diagnostic operations using CAN, CAN FD and DoIP standards
  • Network cable (Ethernet) reserved for DoIP operations (ISO 13400)
  • Bluetooth module for conventional diagnostics
  • USB socket for all types of diagnostics, including Pass-Thru (SAE J2534-1 and SAE J2534-2).

CAN FD, for high capacity data transmission

PThe CAN FD (Controller Area Network Flexible Data-Rate) protocol makes it possible to transmit up to five times faster, even large data packets.
With TXT MULTIHUB, managing this communication standard is simple and intuitive.

Integrated DoIP, also wireless

TXT MULTIHUB makes it easy to diagnose vehicles equipped with DoIP (Diagnostic over Internet Protocol) technology, even over Wi-Fi.
This standard, developed to manage the huge amount of electronics in vehicles and the large amount of diagnostic data processed, requires the use of an IP-based connection.

Pass-Thru direct access to manufacturer data

As already mentioned, the TXT MULTIHUB is always ready to work in any configuration. It can switch from standard diagnostics to Pass-Thru in a fully automatic manner. It complies with SAE J2534-1 and SAE J2534-2 standards, so it can connect to the vehicle and provide direct access to diagnostic and service data provided by vehicle manufacturers, necessary, for example, to update the software of one or more controllers.

Best Wi-Fi Configuration – Modem or Hotspot

The TXT MULTIHUB can connect to the display in a modem configuration via workshop Wi-Fi or, alternatively, via a smartphone. This option provides greater range and faster data exchange between the IDC5 software and the TEXA interface.

In the Hotspot configuration, on the other hand, it is possible to establish a wireless “point-to-point” connection between the TXT MULTIHUB and the display device. This is a very useful option when there is no Wi-Fi network in the workshop, but diagnostic operations require greater range and speed, features that Bluetooth cannot guarantee.

Linux on board – a future-ready interface

Texa Navigator Multihub TXT is equipped with the Linux operating system, which ensures its high usability and its ability to evolve and adapt seamlessly to new future features. Linux also improves the security and efficiency of IT structures, thanks to Smart mode communication: this means that the interface automatically switches communication channels according to the situation in the workshop and the type of diagnostics and always selects the best available connection without the need for intervention by the mechanic.
