Description
SPS+ (Abrites Support Plan Service)
The support team analyses, detects, identifies and provides possible solutions to problems that may occur when using Abrites products.
The SPS operates in written form via the Abrites ticketing platform. Once the SPS has been purchased, an account is created on the platform where troubleshooting takes place. If the customer is registered with an Abrites partner, the ticketing is done exclusively by this partner and an individual account is NOT created.
Please note that communication between the support team and all customers is in English.

The AVDI replacement service ensures that you receive a brand new AVDI interface if your current interface is faulty. This service is designed to save you time and money by providing you with a working AVDI interface within days of your request.
