Magnetto Bench Tester
BENCH TESTER is a device used for testing vehicle electronics.
Modern electronic systems are activated in the vehicle with digital information on the CAN or LIN bus. When the ignition is turned on, electronic components, such as the meter (DASHBOARD) or power steering electronics (EPS), receive information on the CAN bus about the ignition (15) from one of the modules like GATEWAY or BCM.
So in order to turn on the tabletop removed electronics from the vehicle we need the right digital information, without it we have no way to start the electronics in question outside the car.
BENCH TESTER is a test platform with which we have the ability to connect and start the electronics outside the car.
BENCH TESTER is an interface that has the ability to connect any electronics used in motor vehicles.
With the bench tester platform, you can wake up on the table (CAN WAKE UP) the electronics removed from the vehicle,
so that electronics can be repaired, programmed or tested without having to install them in the car.

BENCH TESTER has software to run and test EPS/EHPS power steering systems.
After selecting a particular make and model of vehicle, we can display a schematic of how to connect a particular electronics on the table (BENCH) and send the appropriate digital information to the electronics to turn on the ignition (15) to wake up the electronics (CAN WAKE UP), and then send the engine start information necessary to start the power steering system.
AS WELL AS SIMULATING CAN INFORMATION SENT FROM OTHER DEVICES IN THE VEHICLE
Many years of experience in the diagnosis and repair of vehicle electronics has allowed us to introduce a device that allows you to start and test electronic components removed from the vehicle. Thanks to the bench tester platform, we have the ability to repair electronics without owning a vehicle.

BENCH TESTER is equipped with appropriate current and voltage protection. Connecting defective electronics or leading to a short circuit on the power supply circuit, will light up a diode indicating an overload on a given power supply circuit and shut it down, which will not damage the device as well as the electronics connected to it.
It also has an obd2 connector for plugging in diagnostic interfaces/programmers, etc.
DB15 output for configuring your own connections, CAN terminating resistor switches, LEDs indicating power supply on a given 12-24V drain, LEDs indicating shorting of a given power circuit and LEDs indicating traffic on the CAN and Kline bus.
BENCH TESTER works on 12 and 24 volts
