Repair of car electronics
we repair electronic modules from most brands and most systems. We repair modules that are installed in the car as well as dismantled and sent to our headquarters.
Coding, programming, adaptations
we provide coding services for inactive functions in most brands and vehicles – in particular, the VAG group and premium brands. We have the equipment to program new drivers, add components and make online programming using the manufacturer’s software. We offer adaptation and calibration of sensors, valves and all actuators.
Reading data from vehicle electronic modules
Reading the memory of vehicle controllers is necessary in many cases, such as obtaining a PIN code necessary to program keys or change the vehicle coding, identify the origin of a component (VIN number, serial number), or when it is necessary to replace a given part with another, used one. We offer reading of most of the memories in vehicles with the use of professional programmers and devices. The reading is performed using non-invasive methods – via the vehicle’s OBD connector, or simulation of a fragment of the vehicle’s electrical system at the test stand, where we connect to the module through its factory connector, and invasive methods – requiring opening the driver’s housing and reading using factory points on the PCB or via bone desoldering and reading with the use of an external programmer and an appropriate adapter.
Cloning of electronic modules
Many car drivers are assigned to a specific car, which in the case of replacing a component with another, used one often requires its cloning or adding to the car. These are most often BSI, UCH, CEM modules, instrument cluster, airbag module, parking module, suspension controller, radar, radio or air conditioning controller. In the case of vehicles from the VAG group, many controllers have the so-called Component protection which prevents simple replacement of components between vehicles.
We have the option of adding a used module with a CP blockade to another car.
We also clone automatic gearbox drivers, most often via the driver connector.
Crash Data
When the airbags are activated during a crash, data on the accident are saved in the airbag controller memory. After an accident, the SRS controller writes a CRASH DATA error that cannot be cleared diagnostically and is most often blocked against re-use. We offer repair of SRS modules by deleting information about the occurrence of an event from the memory, which restores the controller to the state before the accident.
After the repair, the controller can be used only for research purposes, it is not suitable for reassembly in a car running on public roads.
Disabling the Immobilizer
The immobilizer protects the vehicle against unauthorized activation. At the customer’s request, we are able to disable the immobilizer function in many vehicle engine controllers. Disabling the immobilizer is also useful in the case of the so-called Engine swap to another vehicle or bodywork.
DTC off
We offer disabling the handling of particular errors in the diagnostic board of most engine controllers.
